We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and understanding of digital marketing channels. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape. Due to the nature of our business, a strong understanding of the Federal Government landscape is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences.
- Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the executive team and program managers to develop impactful marketing campaigns and proposals.
- Plan and execute events aimed at elevating the brand across target audiences.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure precise audience targeting.
- Create and manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
- Develop unique and competitive campaigns that highlight our brand’s distinctiveness.
- Gather feedback on existing campaigns and use insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
- Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels to ensure consistency in branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent project management skills.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Understanding of the Federal Government landscape.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software).
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $45,000-$65,000
