LEIDIT signs contract with Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services for Security Incident Response and Breach Response Functions

Baltimore, MD – LEIDIT, a leading provider of ServiceNow solutions and a ServiceNow Elite Partner, Small Disadvantaged Business, and 8(a) SBA accredited, is proud to announce that it has signed a contract with ASGN Incorporated and the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to focus on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Breach Response functions through the implementation and development of the ServiceNow Security Operations module.

LEIDIT will work closely with multiple CMS stakeholders, including the Security Operations and Incident Management team, Service Desk, and departmental HHS stakeholders, as part of the contract. The project will involve migrating CMS processes to Security Incident Response (SIR) and exchanging data and HHS systems integrations.
In addition, LEIDIT will be responsible for developing and providing training and documentation as design and support to ensure the successful implementation of the ServiceNow Security Operations module.
