Fill Out a Guided Digital Form
Instead of downloading a PDF, a user opens the form in ServiceNow and fills it out like a normal web form with the look and feel of the original PDF.
The system pre-populates data and guides them as they go, checks for errors, and hides anything that does not apply, so it is faster and harder to mess up.

Submit and Create a Record
When they click submit, the system does not just create a file.
It creates a tracked request in ServiceNow with all the data captured, so you can see who submitted it, what the status is, and where it is in the process.

The system then takes over.
It sends the form to the right people for approval, applies rules, and moves it through the workflow without emails or manual intervention.

At the same time, the system takes all the data entered and fills out the official government PDF for you, creating a complete, compliant document automatically.
